Resolve, Rebuild, Recover.
Turning conflict into collaboration: achieve lasting resolution that prioritizes peace in separation. I offer OACP Certified collaborative family law guidance to help you build a better future.

Strategic Guidance for a Sustainable Future
The traditional family court system was built for conflict, not for families. Having witnessed the extreme financial and emotional toll of family litigation time and time again, I have dedicated my practice to a better way forward. As a OACP Certified Collaborative Professional and Resolution Specialist, I help clients bypass the harms of the courtroom in favor of negotiated, forward-looking agreements that actually last.
Expertise Built for Resolution
I don’t just manage files or push adversarial positions- I solve problems. My practice is designed for resolution-oriented individuals who want to protect their mental health and financial resources. By prioritizing a Collaborative Law approach, I provide a non-judgmental, dignified environment where we focus on your long-term stability rather than a “winner-takes-all”, legal battle.
Modern, Virtual, and Cost-Efficient
I believe legal expertise should be financially accessible and efficient. By utilizing primarily virtual service delivery, I offer a streamlined, cost efficient experience that fits your life. This modern approach reduces unnecessary overhead and travel time, allowing us to focus your investment where it matters most: developing creative, sustainable solutions for your future.
Trusted Support Across Ontario
I provide dedicated legal support to clients throughout the Hamilton-Wentworth Region (including Ancaster, Dundas, and Stoney Creek), Waterloo Region (Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge), and Guelph & Wellington County.
Beyond these primary regions, my virtual-first practice allows me to serve settlement-oriented clients anywhere in Ontario. If you are seeking an out-of-court resolution, my OACP-certified expertise is available to you regardless of geography, offering a modern and cost-effective alternative to the traditional local law office.
Family Law and Other Services
OACP Certified Collaborative Law
This is the gold standard for out-of-court settlement. We work within a structured, respectful framework with jointly retained financial and family professionals to reach a binding agreement that prioritizes your family’s long-term health. By choosing this path, you avoid the expensive, adversarial, and impersonal nature of the courtroom in favor of a sustainable, mutually beneficial and legally sound resolution.
Consultation & Strategic Planning
Every successful legal matter or family agreement begins with a roadmap and a plan. During our 1-on-1 virtual consultation, we analyze how the law impacts your unique situation. You will receive tailored guidance designed to protect your interests and explore every available path to a peaceful resolution.
Professional Family Agreement Drafting
A sustainable future requires a precise legal foundation. I draft robust marriage, cohabitation, and separation agreements that protect your interests and provide your family with long-term stability. Whether you need a comprehensive co-parenting plan or Independent Legal Advice to finalize a mediated settlement, I ensure your agreements are clear, binding, and built to last.
Focused Litigation & Advocacy Support
While I am a resolution-first lawyer, I understand that some matters require the court’s intervention. I provide persuasive drafting and strategic advocacy for family court and tribunals, ensuring your position is articulated with credibility while always keeping an eye on the exit ramp toward a settlement.
Limited Scope & Virtual Support
Retaining a lawyer shouldn’t be an “all-or-nothing” expense. I offer limited-scope / unbundled services for self-represented litigants, including document drafting & review, coaching for negotiations or court hearings, and drafting service support to help you manage your case efficiently and affordably.
Notary & Commissioning Services
I provide efficient, professional verification for your essential legal documents. From witnessing affidavits and statutory declarations to preparing travel consent letters and certifying true copies, I ensure your documentation is handled with accuracy and integrity. My streamlined process makes it simple to secure the verified identity or property ownership declarations you need to move forward.
