Small Claims Court Plaintiff’s Claim
Straightforward and simple legal support for when your contract or property claim amounts to $35,000 or less.
This is an application to the Ontario Superior Court of Justice Small Claims Court alleging monetary or property damages and loss. It is suitable for unmarried cohabitational spouses that seek to make property claims against the other for personal property lost or damaged in the course of separating, and individuals that have experienced financial or property loss as a result of a failed or invalid contract.
Flat fee service includes independent legal advice and claim strength assessment; comprehensive information collection and drafting support; assistance with proper claim service and filing as per court rules; and the opportunity for support with objection responses or additional proceedings for further fees.
Tribunal Application (Landlord-Tenant Board, Human Rights Tribunal, Social Benefit Tribunal, others)
Legal support for landlords and tenants navigating proceedings before Ontario’s Landlord-Tenant Board, or who want to better understand their rights and responsibilities, and initiate proceedings by application.
Full representation retainer service includes independent legal advice and application strength assessment; litigation strategy support; comprehensive information collection and drafting support; assistance with proper application service and filing as per court rules; and communications management.
